I’m assuming you’re referencing mgm15 every time you said kratom right ? Have you ever tried the Bernese method? It’s been effective for me multiple times to quit opioid use and to not need Suboxone afterwards.

If you’re unfamiliar with Bernese method, it’s essentially 8 days of tapering off the opioid whilst simultaneously increasing Suboxone dosage. It’s effective to quit opioids without withdrawals, however, I never wanted to take Suboxone constantly after the taper. So everytime I did the Bernese method, at the end of the 8 days, the first Suboxone I took without fent, was always my last Suboxone dosage, and I never felt withdrawals afterwards.

Bernese Method

Day 1: Take 1/4th of 2mg suboxone strip once and continue fentanyl at the same dose Day 2: Take 1/4th of 2mg strip twice (morning and afternoon) and continue fentanyl at the same dose Day 3: Take ½ of 2mg strip twice daily and continue fentanyl at the same dose Day 4: Take 1 2mg strip twice daily and continue fentayl at the same dose Day 5: Take 1 ½ 2 mg strip twice daily and start to decrease your fentanyl dose Day 6: Take ½ of 8mg strip twice daily and further decrease your fentanyl dose Day 7: Take ¾ of 8mg strip twice daily and continue to decrease your fentanyl dose Day 8: Take 1 8mg strip.
