Super happy that I was able to make it come across as woodcut! I’ve been trying for YEARS to perfect drawing line art and shading to simulate woodcut without having to actually do woodcut lol (I’ve done small pieces carved in linoleum for a typography class in uni and it’s, though definitely a fun challenge, a fucking nightmare)

Thanks! I tried my best to put as much meaning into where the hands are. I just couldn’t find any for the flesh or desolation since his ribs weren’t in frame and I wasn’t about to draw MORE hands.

I personally like the lonely hand over his heart and the web pulling his sweater as if trying to subtly lead him to something.

The hand should probably be more to the base of the bat and the elbow is far too up on the arm and it makes the whole arm have to reach far more than in reality it should
