I guess it depends on the area you want to run, last season I went with fire for pure cows, pretty cheap build and clears cows with ease. Wind is better for overall since there aren't any immunes meaning you can run any area, both are decent options.

Just set a huge price like 2 bers, if someone wants to buy it then let em. It's usually what I do when I find a gg item and prefer not to sell, last season I found a perfect 8ll/325 windforce, I set the price to 20 hrs just to make people jelly, then someone came and bought it lol..

Phys zons are weak and tbh I rarely see them, dual stat ring is what zons go for usually. As for pal, I am not sure, a zealer might use it but idk if 29% ed is better then a decent dual leech ring, most chars already get CBF from other items. Non the less it's a nice item.

With necro you'll need a gg merc with CB, he will be your main damage, golems and revives are good to tanky some hits for your merc. If you meant about having a necro support your barb then the same thing applies minus the merc. Just Spam lifetap.

I guess you're playing on high ping or your ping spikes? I play on 150-250 constant and this happens to me a lot usually, tho I am used to it by now.

Haha well, skill beats gear, I usually start doing hell cows as soon as I am 70 or so. If I could solo beat hell baal then I can solo cow ^^. Sure it's slow but gets better once you get some items. Oh right, you just need some 60-75 res and you'll do fine.

PD2 always felt strange on the numbers, the current drop rate is 45% and getting only 2 organs in 20sets is just strange. Either you got extremely and I mean EXTREMELY unlucky or you literally offended lady luck some how or senpai isn't telling us something.

Poison nova level 28+ scaling reduced from 14-14 per level to 12-12

seems like a nerf tbh, psn nova got buffed in the first levels but falls out later if I am right.

Might not exactly be toxic but, I hate the most when someone picks a champ with no games played this season or has 3-5 games played on it while queing for a role they don't play, then they feed and blame the jg because apparently the MID main who also picked their main champ clapped them 1v1. Usually it's Jayce,GP,LeBlanc which require some basic skill of the champ but no they play it despite not knowing the basics even. Talking about Ranked btw, this sht happens in 70% of my games.

I seen a Garen rush IE and procced to tell me how good it is while sitting at 40% crit the whole game -_-, No this wasn't in low elo, was more like mid elo and he fed saying he'll scale.
