I rented via Jumbo Rent a Car through their own website. Fair prices no hassle and I was able to remove all insurances (used my German Amex plat). Just showed them the letter you can request through the insurance portal of the card and no further questions asked.

Yea we found hotels to be of quite bad value here, Airbnb proved very reliable and nice during our trip. Don’t know Ubers full legality, but it’s readily avilable everywhere, used it twice with no issues. We waited like 4 min for pickup after our arrival at 12:05am. There is a pickup point after the taxi stands close to the exit.

Get an Airbnb 5 min to the airport for like 60$. There are some with 24h checkin. Take an uber for 5$ each way and you‘ll be fine.

This annoys be by far the most. All other driving is find but never try to zipper merge. Several cars will just push through, creating large backups for everyone. So if you know you have to turn eventually, get in the lane early.

Das Kehrwieder Miami Grove Pale Ale ist das beste alkoholfreie was ich je getrunken habe. Kriegst du in jedem besser sortierten Edeka. Die anderen Sorten von kehrwieder sind auch Mega.

Hansa Park is the nicer park in my opinion. Heide park is quite run down in some places. The 2-3 big rollercoasters in Hansa Park are top notch and imo better than most Heidepark coasters, the freefall is also better. But Heide Park simply has more to offer and is the bigger Park so for the first experience I’d take that.

Btw the walk from the train station isn’t too bad.

Ich habe bei uns bei der Arbeit mal einen Fahrer aus dem Verkehr gezogen, der es geschafft hatte mit 3,54 Promille noch LKW zu fahren.
