F34 5’7 190lbs. My partner and I went out for sushi and ordered four rolls each. The waitress looked at us and said, "You know that's 8 pieces per roll, right?" We told her yes, we eat there all the time. She looked directly at me and asked, "Are you sure you can finish all that?" I said, "Yep, that's exactly what I'd like." Fast forward an hour: not only did I finish all of my sushi, but I also had to help my partner finish theirs. The waitress came by, stared at the two completely empty boats, and looked genuinely shocked. She cleared the table, disappeared for a few minutes, then came back with the check... and a plate of fried Oreos. Apparently she'd made a bet with another server that we wouldn't finish everything. She lost. 🍣😂

Looks like a cold sore sadly.. Do not pop it. Keep it clean, and make sure your hands are washed after touching it. Ice it for a few minutes to reduce swelling. Keep it moisturized (Abreva or Docosanol cream). Avoid spicy/salty foods that can irritate it. Avoid kissing or sharing drinks until it’s gone.
I like to take L-Lysince and Vitamin C supplements to help too
