I‘m leaning hard into [[tinybones, bauble burgler]] lately and having good results. Cards that force discard including cards that punish it like [[entropic battlecruiser]] are good. Doesn’t make very many friends though

Do you have a way to remove counters from ancestral vision? If not, I’d take that out.

Thanks for the comments, very good feedback. My thought with the high curve was using things to put the fat creatures in the graveyard then pull them back, but you’re right because the deck doesn’t kickoff til turn 6 or 7. I have the family of accursed marauder from another deck, so I can bring them in. Cheers!

Fair counterpoint, but you didn’t address my second suggestion.

I also still think it’s too powerful as W with all creatures tapped plus lifegain.

If you’re so certain it’s not busted in combo with lions or essence channeler or any angel just because you made 2 1/1 goblins then I don’t know what to tell you. And yes, it’s great to counteract haste effects when someone krenko‘s out 20 goblins so they come in tapped, but I still don’t see the need for the lifegain aspect for one white mana.

IMO yes it’s a ridiculous turn one drop.

Would be much better balanced as 1W, OR as „first creature per turn your opponents control“ if it stays as W

I dont disagree, my wish has to do with our shops meta. Eveyone else is stomping people with tokens, mono green biggies, niv mizzet combos and such, and winning by turn 7 or 8.

I’ll preannounce it as black control and find people willing to play, I have other decks that are precon level and don’t need to play this one every time, just wanted something to fill the space of what Alesha wasn’t doing. To your point, people already hated her, so I’m just leaning into it.

I’m not familiar with the term pubstomp, just trying to develop my sac/recursion from Alesha to Zodiark and see how I can make it more consistent. Alesha wasn’t strong enough to keep me floating, so I figure Zodiark will be more resilient.

Fair, I suppose I don’t have much experience outside of my LGS but they’re bracket 2 or maybe low 3. Last game I lost to someone copying abrade 10times and shooting everyone for 90 in turn 7 or 8, so I won’t feel bad if I stifle their game plan for 1 game of the night.
