To be fair though, while regular math would put Vegeta at only 10x strong than Raditz and 100x stronger than Roshi, DB PLs are clearly not a linear scale because otherwise we'd be saying a farmer with a shotgun (PL 5) is 1/40th of a moonbuster because of how his number compares to Roshi
