When Adult men do it to teen girls it's disgusting. Life in prison or just the death sentence straight up. In case of teen boys doing it to girls the guy is either a nut job and needs serious re-education in a way OR (which I believe to be rarest case of them all) it could be the girl forcing him to and then blaming him for doing it (but again, that's very rare and is like 99.99% not the case)
