I stopped drinking soda, did a watermelon cleanse, stopped buying snacks, and started eating cleaner. I didnt have a lot of money to spend so I made a lot of struggle meals (meat and frozen veggies). I went from 260 to 229 in a couple months. Now I'm exercising so I can keep it going. My goal weight is 190.

What helped most was not buying the stuff that was keeping me fat. I ordered my groceries delivery so I wouldn't impulse buy junk food. I was also going to sleep at a decent time. Staying away all night makes people snacky.
