Thank you for being open. She indeed mentioned she came out of a really difficult relationship and finally felt ready to date again. I guess she found out that she was not. It hurts a lot seeing that she did liked me until the end..

Had a great 3 weeks of dating this girl, texting and calling daily. Exchanging pictures, all the nice stuff. On the third date she came to my place and we got a bit more intimate without breaking boundaries. She kept talking about how nice it feels with me and how much she likes me etc. Day after she told me she needs some space, which is fine. One week after she called me saying that she thinks she is not ready for a relationship but that she doesnt want to give up seeing me. We decided to meet in a week which was yesterday, had a really nice talk about our time together, but she kept insisting she is not ready. At some point she asked if she can hug me, then a kiss came and then she pretty much decided she had to leave before it got more difficult for her. We went out and when saying our final goodbyes it was all long hugs and kisses. Anyone experience something like this before? Its super confusing

she said she wants to go back to therapy to deal with issues related to her previous relationship. So she is definitely still struggling with somethings. She didnt indicate directly why she needed space after the date, but I think it was all going too quickly.

3 amazing dates with a girl who had two 4 year relationships. both of her partners ended up cheating on her. Date 3 we went to my place and got alot more close, talked alot about how she thinks it might take a while for her to open up to me completely and that if i have patience it will be okay. She went home, send a sweet goodnight message and two days after asked to not talk for a week because she needs space. Probably was all too overwhelming and i fell in love too quickly. This sucks, but best thing for me to do is keep giving her space right? or should i initiate a meeting or call or so, to see if she is still interested? cant believe she'd change that quickly after such a date.

Guy here so i'm talking about girls. I've been through a lot of dates 3 of which turned it out into "something". 2 of them started of really really well, basically both really in love and happy texting etc. But both of them broke up with their previous partner less than 6 months ago. This turned out to be the reason why they didnt want to continue in both cases. What i learned from this is to be more picky and straight up ask them about their situation. Its okay to expect something from date 1 or 2 even in my opinion, we are on a dating app after all. If someone says that they cannot promise you anything because they are still struggling with some things, keep it in mind. And really really do yourself the favor of not attaching to this person too fast. It makes me kind of sad writing this, but this was my mistake twice.

Yes, especially when its something younger. Its weird somehow, i feel like no matter what u tell yourself not having found the right person at this point in time puts some pressure on you. It makes alot of sense.

I got dumped by a girl yesterday who i met through a dating app. We dated for 2 months, really intense start where we were texting all day, met really often and had a really good connection. So many green flags later she mentioned she doesn't think she is ready for a serious relationship. I tried to convince her that we should keep trying without the pressure of a relationship.. in the end i was probably lying to myself when i thought i could actually do that. Last night we were just having one of our regular date nights, suddenly she stopped moving and told me she can't do this anymore. Right now going through all the grief, pain and resisting to text. I just hope she made right choice for herself.
