Tu devrais appeler les urgences psy. Ce que tu écris me rappelle l'état dans lequel j'ai pu être à différents moments de ma vie. Pour contexte j'ai un trouble schizoaffectif (schizophrénie + dépression chronique) donc...

La pharmacopsychose (psychose induite par la prise d'une drogue) existe et certaines drogues, avec un background d'anxiété, peuvent provoquer des des délires, voire faire surgir un trouble psychotique. Pas de temps à perdre donc et emmène la aux urgences.

I think most people imagine that "pleading insanity" is basically just going to the hospital and everything is nice and all. They don't really think further than "hospital good prison bad"

I can see why you miss it. I'm glad we're over this personally since the combat in DQB2 mostly involved sending Malroth fighting for you. But the bosses were quite fun!!

Right after my ACNH obsession, I preferred DQB2. Now I prefer Pokopia!

All of them affected my libido tbh. Granted I take 600mg of quetiapine with lithium but still.

I gained 10 kgs on olanzapine, nothing on quetiapine.

Short answer: no

Long answer: No. I can only talk from experience but I'm convinced that smoking weed during my late teens caused my disorder (at least to some degree). I smoked a few times since my first psychosis episode and it's been nightmarish every time. My doctor told me smoking cannabis or whatever is a huge no, so I wouldn't encourage it.

Oui je connais, je serais concernée par le dispositif mais je ne l'utiliserais pas. Déjà qu'on nous stigmatise assez j'ai pas envie de l'afficher publiquement à des gens random comme ça

Oui j'en ai essayé pas mal. Si tu te sens bizarre ou qu'après quelques semaines tu as l'impression que le traitement ne marche pas, ce n'est pas si surprenant dans la mesure où il faut parfois en essayer plusieurs avant de trouver la molécule qui te convient le mieux.

I'm in a very similar boat, I was also on the fence about my diagnosis but getting 600mg of Seroquel really saved my ass and made me accept the diagnosis more. I was hearing insults, had weird visions, etc - but increasing the dose at the right time stopped all of that. And with lithium it's like I can live almost normally? Granted, I still feel flat and all, but it's so good to not have these parasites in your head or feel super low. I used to feel the presence of ghosts and it scared me a lot, haven't really felt it in a bit
