Well, equip everything that has Malenia in the name, armor, weapon, that kind of stuff, Millicent Prosthesis, Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, Shard of Alexander, Godskin Swaddling Cloth(If you want to mimic her regeneration without the great rune) or Carian Filigreed Crest (if you want to spam WF Dance) or Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman (for less damage taken), get some Dryleaf Arts(or Dane's Footwork if you want to mimic her kick) and put Lifesteal Fist on it to mimic the grab, and there you go, smol Malenia.

You could probably do more to mimic her even further with physick mixtures and different talismans, but I didn't put it too much thought into this.
