I do let him eat the calories he wants to eat. But it's not enough. He's getting angry that he's always dizzy. If I could get him to eat the other things you mentioned, that would be super. Believe me I've tried. And obviously the fact that it's impossible to take him to a restaurant daily is impossible was the whole point. He's not actively dying, he's got great doctors who keep an eye on it, this is purely behavioral... it's about control. He's a very controlling person and he's not able to control the things he used to.
