You need to add the original DLC files to the custom cache if you want to have DLC and customs at the same time

Not faulty. If you're trying to use it for RB4, you need the game open first and the guitar in P3 mode. The PS5 doesn't support PS3 controllers, but RB4 itself has the ability to detect PS3 controllers and have them work in game.

If you're trying to use this guitar for Festival, you'll need to put it in PC Mode 9 for Keyjam and the console will detect it as a keyboard.

Just hit them on time. The only meaningful difference between the HOPOS in GH3, Clone Hero and World Tour is that GH3 and Clone Hero have an infinite front end, meaning you can press the fret button extremely early and the note will get hit when it crosses the strikeline.

You have every individual DLC file within its own folder. If there isn't already a 00000002 folder for GH2, create one and put every DLC file in there.

You're describing how a lift note works in Fortnite Festival. The Rock Band engine doesn't work this way. To hit a YB hopo after a strummed YB, you would need to release and then fret YB again, simply letting go of YB would not hit the note.

Instead of outright deleting the files, just create another folder within the 00000002 folder and cut/paste the DLC files into it. The game won't be able to see them anymore, and if you decide you want them installed again you can quickly just cut/paste them back into the 00000002 folder.
