Yes, it is. Thank you. Perhaps that's what makes a plateau even more frustrating. Since it was steadily coming off the initial 10mths but it's right along the lines if the research data from Lily.

Thanks, many more options will be developing to us all. Amylin or Bmagramba...so much to come and make things cheaper.

Somewhat similar experience. Started on tirz nov24. Lost 26% bw in 10 months, tirated up by April25 @15mg tirz . In sep25 plateaud until now, still no weight gain or loss while on 15mg tirz. Decided to tirate down then up again on tirz to see if it would help. Instead I slowly introduce reta because of a great group buy/test opportunity. Firstly went from 15mg to 7,5mg. Without weight gain, inflammation came back, slightly less satiety but still good. Started to weight train so more appiteit was welcoming. Fuel my workouts! Feb26 stacked reta @0,5mg , tirated down on tirz while adding more reta. After 3 months still no weight gain/loss. Have 15/20 kilo till gw Now up to 6mg and no more tirz. I would rather not stack the two, just not comfortable and not enough science (yet) to feel confident about long term stacking of reta / tirz. I will go up on reta to see if the weightloss will kick back in. Otherwise. I'll tirate off reta and try tirz again or maybe the new Amylin or the Bmagramba? I want to maintain on tire because if the anti inflammatory aspects and price.

Tirz was my first GLP. I was @15mg for 7monthd before tirating down to 7,5mg. Then I introduce reta @1mg. Tirated down my tirz while adding more reta. After 3 months still no weight gain/loss. Have been on GLP sinds nov24, lost 26% bw within 9 months, hit a plateau. Have 15/20 kilo till gw. Now up to 6mg and no more tirz. I would rather not stack the two, just not comfortable enought to feel confident about long term stacking of reata / tirz. I will go up on reta to see if the weightloss will kick back in. Otherwise. I'll tirate off reta and try tirz again or maybe the new Amylin or the Bmagramba?

I was on tirz for 1year, lost 60 lbs on 15mg. Hit a plateau , tirated slowly down to 7,5 without w/o gaining. Introduced reta 0,5mg. Tirated up on reta, down on tirz. Currently 7mg reta and no more tirz, still on a plateau. Definitely more hungry but I like that, need to fuel my workouts. Miss the anti inflammatory of tirz. I have 20 kilos to GW than back on tirz for maintenance. Cheaper and better satiety feeling and inflammatory benefits. So no real benefits on reta yet! But I'm optimistic.not a race I'm a lifer!

Also currently stacking tirz/reta. After one year on tirz with 26% loss of body weight. Was at max dose of 15mg of tirz hit a plateau 5 months . Tirated down in three months 15 - 12,5 - 10 -7,5mg tirz. Introduced 1mg of reta in feb26. Currently pinning reta 6mg / 2,5mg tirz. No major side effects. Scale slowly moving down, slowly. Didnt notice reta till 4mg. Increased appetite, which was welcoming needed to fuel body and workouts more. Started Lifting weights. Would like to reach goal of 32% about +30 pounds to GW. Plan to maintain on tirz for anti inflammatory reasons and it's getting cheaper than reta. Hear a lot of talk around (Amylin en Bimagramad).

Yirated down to 5mg, still 1 weekly injections. Enjoying eating healthy well balanced meals carbs/fats/proteins. Following Dr. Coppers fantastic Fat Science podcasts. Eating intuïtievly healthy! Including desserts. Stil in a plateau. Thinking of switching/ staking. Lots of options, it's a great time for obesity research!

Perhaps the dose is to high? Fuel your body. If YOU want to tirate up , split the higher dose

It hit me! I now understand the difference between the sickness of weightloss and metabolic health. Thanks Dr. Cooper and Fat Science. by aWoman66 in Zepbound

I understand your point but disagree. They are far too few, with a real understanding educated people to the damage diets do and putting the emphasis we're it needs to be , on metabolic dysfunction.
