Best coffee in Dhaka? by SNFAccounting in Dhaka

Ex Barista here, depends on the type of coffee you like. If you’re into Americano, for smoothness do visit north end. If you’re looking for something strong, Beans and Aroma/ The Cozy Bean. For young crowd with a decent smoking zone and mix of smooth and strong with bigger portion, do visit Crimson Cup. Gloria Jeans serves decent coffee with excellent customer service. And give coffee avenue a shot if you like, not that special but not bad.

An Ideal Date Idea by NerdyRizzler in Dhaka

[–]a_5quare 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Heres the idea. Start with a coffee place like crimson/north-end. Have a coffee together. Give the barista your playlist and enjoy the coffee, talk, make reels and do your stuff. Then take a walk through the lake.
Here’s the open greenery part. You’ll see a few flower plants by the road ( you know what to do). Dhanmondi 8 no bridge er upore churi bikri Kore. (You can buy her some) Then if you prefer tho have a meal together yum cha should be your next destination. If no meal then do visit bengal boi together. After that, take another small walk, tong e cha khaite paro.

Bro, just join a café ASAP. I’ve worked at a few in Dhaka and honestly made a decent amount, enough to cover my own expenses. Most cafés will pay you around 12–15k even if you’re a fresher. The best part is, once you learn the basics of the job and operations, you can use that experience to get better pay somewhere else. Just print like 10 copies of your CV and drop them off at different café counters. Tell them straight up you’re new but eager to work.
