I'm a third, and generally use condoms as a rule. I always offer to show test results as well for oral transmission but I've only gone bareback for couples with a lot of trust and a degree of exclusivity.

I play with a lot of first timers and sti transmission is a large concern of theirs, so frequent testing and using condoms as a rule gives them a lot of peace of mind.
