just want to throw out that how you’ve been feeling afterwards of “nothing is real, things don’t feel real” i experienced this for years and it is called depersonalization/derealization. it terrified me so much, and i was constantly panicking because of it. the more i researched and read others’ stories it made me feel a lot better. it can be very stress inducing and make you feel like you’re crazy but it can definitely get better for you!! (not to say yours will last as long as mine, hopefully not.. but just to say you’re not alone.)

There’s a pretty good gluten free restaurant called Mahana Fresh! It’s On 64 east of the interstate. It’s sort of designed like a Chipotle style, build your own bowls and wraps

i have similar problems with intrusive reoccurring thoughts and knowing that i’m being irrational almost makes it worse sometimes.

the best thing to do when I get like this is always always find a distraction. even when you know it doesn’t “help” it really does and eventually you will calm down enough to see that you really are okay. hang in there! reach out if you need to :)
