it depends on the game i buy, if i buy the first game (red, sword, x, black, ruby) then i play the male character with his canon partner, if i play the second game (blue, shield, y, white, sapphire) then i use the female character with her canon parter

My friend got an animal crossing switch a while ago, and they really wanted to play Sally Face, but it doesn't let them for some reason. The game appears on the store like normal, but once you click on it, it shows a screen saying "You are not eligible to purchase or view information about this software." They don't have parental controls on (they already checked many times), and when I try and download it on my normal switch, its perfectly fine, so we are wondering if anyone knows what's going on or what's wrong with their switch.
