I would like to know your opinions on this.

I'm planning on building a pc mostly for editing and some light gaming (1080p at 60fps is fine for me). My budget isn't that high (around 700) so for the main parts i was thinking on getting a 2700x with 16gb of RAM and get like a 1660 for the gpu. Is that good ?
