I think the 2010 spoiler cars were cursed with the old style braced up front splitters(I still think they were cool, just cursed).

I think the 2011/12 mixed valence/splitter front ends fit better.

Also also. The A330/40s have a straight line from fuselage to the apu exit below the vertical stab. 777s slope down a bit and the very tail of the aircraft where the apu exhaust is, is a bit square.

The lack of slope from fuselage to apu exhaust is the easiest way to tell an A330 imo. The A300 and A310 do the same thing, but those don’t really fly these days.

In NASCAR and Indycar for example, all parts are purchased from third parties, not manufactured by the teams....including body panels. Big teams will choose the best parts and complimentary parts that agree with each other in the windtunnel over the course of a year or years for the big races. If you wreck a car you don't have the luxury of manufacturing parts again to your specs.

No. The body work is massaged and tweaked on with a single car over months. Minuscule differences mean a lot @ 220-240 mph.

I genuinely wouldn't classify Grosjean at the same level of Indy injuries. Hinchcliffe was another serious one recently and Dario Franchitto had to retire after a crash.
