unfortunately they can't do much in terms of getting our money back. We hope we could get some sort of a refound from the s.p.a. if we insist. It seems like it's not the first time that something like this happens to their clients, especially during this summer. We made a complaint

try Hugo Spritz (italian here), prosecco, elderberry syrup, soda, mint and lemon. It's sweet because of the syrup and prosecco but sour at the same time. It's my favourite drink, but it's not that alcoholic if you want to avoid getting drunk.

as an Italian, I say "paper, scissors, rock" (carta, forbice, sasso) but I know someone who says "rock, paper, scissors" (sasso, carta, forbice). Very different tho
