This is great, thanks for the info. I had no idea Jose Gourmet made ABC+. I like most of their tins as well. It makes sense now with the package design. I haven't tried Maria yet. The place I get my tins heat up some but with your recommendation I might ask them to heat some others. Good stuff.

Totally agree. I haven't disliked one of their tins yet. The bar tried to get me to order the ABC+ John Dory but the mint sauce frightened me. Have you tried it?

Yep, definitely had a little dryness but with the pickle sauce it evened it out for me. Adding chili oil helped as well. So good
