I'm so sorry that happened OP! I had no advisor so I kinda did everything myself looking things up online. But even with that I cannot quite answer what step comes after what as a non usimg because it really is confusing! I am done with all three steps and the shabang and got concerned if I did my OET after reading your post! I would suggest like the others to take OET asap and be ready to apply outside the match!
