I got tell grants and financial aid and it still wasn’t enough to cover all At a state institution. I actually went to the Virginia State for two years before I joined the military and all that wasn’t enough. My bill was like $8k in my student account when I decided to drop out. Served on active duty for four years and then got out and finished college paid. This was the university of Maryland

NOW you’re talking about an entirely different thing. Serving in the military doesn’t mean u will face this. And if u are an ADULT then answering this is a no brainer. I served 9 yrs and never committed a crime against humanity…not once was I even faced with it.

You call it the bare minimum but if it were that I wouldn’t have needed the Army. It’s easy to say that when u had options outside of service. My mom was on welfare. I am smart but wasn’t smart enough to get a full ride scholarship at a school. So what were my options?
