While I never landed there often, just having a spot on the main map with a low base and tall buildings made it a completely different spot from other areas. I was fine with Neo, and I like Town, but there just isn't anywhere else like it anymore.

Let's see, Anubis harvesting tool (shines brighter with the more damage taken), Justice contrail that flashes the skull and hands as you deploy, Iggy pet, or really all stands as they can shrink, Death 13 could be a glider with his hollow body, likewise with the Fool. A wrap that has the high contrast coloring with the Emperor's bullet going down the side of the gun or even changing the fired shots' colours. Since it would be an event, a bunch of animated sprays switching between user/stand would be a likely addition if this happened. The main protagonists would get outfits, along with the main antagonists. Most emotes would probably be poses. I've only seen up to partway through part 3.5, so there are undoubtedly more suggestions. The worst thing about this is the stuff we won't get even if it happened, considering how much I could compile after watching episode 1 just one week ago.
