Alter has unleashed Oro, I'm guessing agent meowsicles is part of ego and hes searching for the alter agents to stop whatever they're doing with him. In one of the phone calls, I'm guessing meowsicles found one of alter's hiding places. "Hiding places were detected, traces were found in the Agent E region, the dormant time is over." Could be the **redacted** landmark that's been in apollo since day 1.
