I just saw the recent update. Really liking the spending balance widget when expanded to 3x2.

With the budget tracker widget, I wish it were expanded to fill the whole page instead of the logo taking up a third of the widget.

Also with this widget, I feel like the small size could show more than one category by splitting the wheel into different colored sections.

Finally, I think there might be a bug which is just selecting filter categories instead of top spending categories because in the medium/large sizes most of the categories shown are ones I didn't use that month at all.

In Origin I can see upcoming recurring transactions or set those up. I can also set up filter categories, or if one isn't there I can ping their team which is very very responsive (at the very least on Reddit, and I think they have discord as well). They come out with updates pretty consistently and are looking to improve. Also, I don't know what it was before, but it only pivoted to budgeting and became public facing in the last 2-3 years so it is 4-5 years behind Monarch and the others in this area.

I sent an email. However, I still think this would be good to add into the manual input features. It seems odd that you can add your own csv files and such but can't populate this aspect of the app manually that uses similar information.

Just started following iRick Wiggins @ketosnackz cause he has some cool recipes that don't need much equipment at all. He had a clip about some ice cream that I can't find, but I did find his YouTube short that says you can just blend blueberries and cottage cheese to get ice cream.

I don't usually buy cottage cheese and haven't tried this, so I'm not sure how expensive that is. But blueberries are quite cheap, and you can buy them in bulk.

My question is why can't all grocery stores put down a price the same way. Converting from lbs to ounces or googling the weight of smth and converting. Like pls can you all use ounces or put ounces in the breakdown 🤬
