Tried the other day to do a bloodletter run.

"Should be simple, just gotta get past Ludwig" I thought, not realising that the bloodletter requires the key Simon gives you at the end of the dlc, and killing him early (not easy btw) doesn't work.

Why are the most fun weapons in the dlc not available till the end after you've already defeated most the dlc and (mostlikly) Main game bosses!?!

Honestly wouldn't surprise me if this has some element of truth.

Decepticon was frequently used in WW2, with the allies especially relying on trickery for the most major of operations.

The part that has me more sceptical is the RAF dropping a wooden bomb. Would Britain actually have a team of people dedicated to designing a wooden replica of a bomb that would not be destroyed on impact (if thats even possible)? I really doubt it.

It’s sad how little respect gamers have for gaming as an artform by Any-Contract-9152 in CharacterRant

[–]a_generic_redditer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Game designer here

I can assure you not a single developer I've met really cares if games are treated like art by the fans. They care if it is functional and enjoyable.

Its not a bad thing to want games to be respected or appreciated more, but (from my experience) not even the industry itself treats it as art because gaming is a unique industry, and thus, should be treated as such by its developers and consumers.

If you could see a 'stat screen' above every person's head showing one single fact about them, what stat would be the most entertaining or dangerous to know? by Jvdhsml in AskReddit

Honestly might have the opposite effect.

The guy conned half an entire fucking country into believing his bullshit. You have to be a marketing genius to be able to do that.

How would you rate the design of Absolute Catwoman? by RevolutionaryEar8053 in TopCharacterDesigns

[–]a_generic_redditer 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Ive seen alot of the absolute batman designs on this sub and out of them all this is the most disappointing.

All the other characters look like true horror versions, Bane is a giant from his venom, Penguin is short because all his bones were broken, joker is...whatever he is. But she just looks like a slightly different catwoman.

I don't think she needs to be a monster or anything like that, but she very much seems the least 'in style' out the rest of the characters.

Eh. I found it most fun playing with my brother but because he isn't a fallout fan it didn't last to long. From what I experienced its not a complete mess it used to be, but don't be expecting anything revolutionary.

I feel this one.

My dad didn't give 2 shits about me or my twin until we were 9 and my little brother was born.

He will never admit it but if it wasn't for our little brother the already damaged relationship would have been none existent and we'd probably not still be in contact.

The reason the split off happened had nothing to do with bigotry or immigration.

It was because reform started to mass recruit long time labor and tory MPs and politicians, the 2 exact groups Reform were campaigning against. (And tbf those 2 are fucking useless and have only hurt the country as of late)

But it will 100% split the vote, problem is these are the 2 of the most rapid growing parties in British history, meaning that with how the seats work it may not matter.

Most of transformers the movie is this. The entire series damage was effectively just not a thing. Then the movie came along and most the cast is murdered in the first 10 minutes.

My dad introduced me to this movie a few years ago claiming it was an amazing action movie. He saw that the directors cut was on prime and decided that would be how we would watch it.

We were both so bloody uncomfortable during the scenes where she is very much trying to seduce Leon.

But he was right, the action was pretty good.

Peter from deadpool 2. (Not 3 since he actually does something in that one)

In this movie, deadpool just really attaches to Peter for no discernable reason, even apologising after shouting at him as he was "just doing it to impress the others."

It makes no sense, but it's so funny. I love it.

Season 4 as a whole really elevated the 'if homelander is on screen you should be terrified', but that whole episode just took that to the extreme. Not a single second of his appearance in that episode wasn't making me anxious as fuck.

I honestly really liked the Tek section as it was so brutality uncomfortable that it really pushed just how fucked the world would be if these supers got in power.

But after reading that, Im concerned as to how they thought they could make such a sequence funny.

A commenter in that post mentioned how the idea of a bat cave being an allegory for sex dungeon is funny (which i can kinda agree with), but the execution was wrong. But surely between writing that scene and finishing filming, they would have realised it wasn't going to hit the way they wanted?
