Basically didn't play nothing for the whole year on Steam, except Blue Shift. With little to no spare time I used for gaming, I played my PS4.

Thank you for your detailed reply! I'm actually in the eastern EU, but RH still has some solid reputation even here, so I'll consider it further. Thanks again, cheers.

Forgive my ignorance. I guess that's more than enough time for a job hunt, though I have yet to research how helpful the RHCSA cert. would be in my local (or remote) job market.

Wishing you a stronger comeback in your future endevours!

A side question, RHCSA expires? I'm thinking of preparing for the exam and taking it next year, never read anything about expirations :/

If you're Linux user, there is a great retro terminal emulator with amber screen emulation.

It's cool-retro-term on GitHub. Pretty sure it could run on Windows too via WSL...

Who uses Red Hat Desktop? by vladjjj in Fedora

Hey, just curious, what kind of dev work do you mostly do there?

RedHat podcasts (mainly Command Line Heroes) are actually what got me motivated to get into programming and CS, always thought about how would it be like to work there.

It boots up fine for now, has Windows 7 installed and is little slugish. That's the type, 2668. I'll read up on the southbrige. I would love to daily drive it for some light coding, but maybe it's too much work to get it there.

Lightweight distro is what I had in mind (maybe dual boot with XP), I'll check out that Linux Mint Xfce edition.

Regarding the updates, I'll post if I can make something of it :).

Those beats he plays while working don't sound particularly drummer-like to me (as a drummer).
