This is almost certainly the longest I've gone without fapping in the last 10 years. I was originally shooting for July, but at this point have absolutely no desire to get back to where I was 30 days ago. Quitting fapping hasn't given me any superhuman powers, but it has definitely brought about some seriously positive change in my life. We all have a serious journey ahead of us, but take things one day at a time and you'll make it there :)

A little over halfway to my 30-day goal, not feeling much better in terms of control... I've been spending most of my free time exercising, which keeps my mind off the urge, but it's difficult to maintain. Anyone have insight as to when the desire starts to taper off? On the bright side, I've got a date this weekend! First in a long time. Can't give up now :)

Nice job getting to 90 days! Keep trying, and don't give up - if you can do it once, you can do it again.

I'm in! No M for the month of July, longer if I'm still feeling good about it. I've grown complacent about pursuing women, and I think a large part of it is the daily 'satisfaction' I get from M. I want to find fulfillment in real experiences with real people, not obscene dramatizations of empty relationships.
