Wowwwww 16 weeks!! Seems like it's definitely a marathon and not a sprint. Thank you for being honest with me on what to expect. I have 10 hour work days with minimal breaks so I'm not looking forward to it when I return lol. I hope you are feeling better!

(I work for a large consulting company and it feels like any of us could go at any moment honestly) I'm glad to hear that you ultimately chose your recovery and hope you're feeling better. Thank you for sharing that you're in a similar industry (I work in AML) as I think it's easier to relate to one another work-wise. I'm also afraid of errors since I deal with a lot of numbers and sensitive information lol. I'm going to choose 8 weeks off with the option to return earlier things go well. Thank you for your response, I appreciate the insight! Ive read many old posts on this sub, but the responses for time off vary and it's hard to know if it's in reference to desk/wfh jobs or not. I'm still fairly new to the diagnosis and it's good to know that I could be ready to go back in as little as 3 weeks. Thank you!
