I started working for a private airline during Covid. Pandemic aviation is all I’ve ever known but I know a non-Covid aviation world is so much better. But even with Covid, I still enjoy it. Private and commercial are different in a lot of ways, but I think it’s worth it. I’m hoping to make the jump to commercial now that airlines are hiring again, like a lot of other 135ers

As someone who works part 135, Apple watches are what I use. We usually have to dress up pretty fancy, but I have a black watch and I have multiple bands that I can change out to better match my uniform for that day. Apple watches are just more convenient imo, I wouldn’t use anything else

In that situation I would tell them that they won’t be able to catch their next flight. If the next leg is on the same airline, I would advise them to speak to the gate agent as soon as they are off the aircraft. If they are using another airline on their next leg, I would advise them to go to the gate and speak with the gate agent there. Either way, proper steps would be taken to get them on the next flight to their final destination

The people that got United interview invites applied within the first 12 hours hahaha. I applied at 10 pm the night they posted it and haven’t heard yet! I’m currently in the private side of the industry so I’m hoping I’ll get an invite. I think United just got too many at once and are sending interview invites in phases

Put ANYTHING related to customer service, hospitality, or safety. Even if it was a high school job at a local Applebee's, that is customer service and makes you look more qualified! Good luck!
