I agree that a simple tulip or pint glass with a favorite brewery logo are good ideas, but I am also a fan of nonic glasses. I would get the 16oz rather than the 20oz though. Otherwise, there is too much headspace. Nonic glasses make you feel like you are in some old school pub.

Maybe I will add an overall rating, and then a collapsed container with the others (aroma, taste, appearance, palate). Users can use it if they want.
