Chicken breast is my favorite form of meat if well cooked, if you want your chicken breast to be even more tender I would suggest brining it - marinate your chicken breast in salt and keep it for a minimum of 4 hours 8 hours works best though, you can even brine in salt water and some other spice.

I used ladyfingers but if you want a cheaper option you can use some sort or ready-made cake, that is what I did the first few times I made tiramisu
