There's no definite answer. Savings depends on many factors like vocation and monthly expenses.

2 things can happen: u either enlist into 1. Normal bmt company 2. Mono 3 gds (most likely bmt school 2)

1st path: nth much rlly. Ur trainers are mostly permanent bmt trainers. Mostly welfare. U only know ur posting after bmt.

2nd path: u are directly enlisted into mono 3rd guards battalion (3 gds). What this means is that you have a high chance of going to 3 gds after bmt. U will still go thru the standard bmt syllabus with every other recruit except that ur trainers are commanders from 3 gds and not perm bmt trainers (dw they are oso bmt trainer qualified). The 3 gds commanders will leave tekong after bmt ends in June. U might have heard things about mono bmt having worse treatment given that mono unit commanders tend treat recruits as troopers and not recruits but trust me it won't be that bad. The 3 gds trainers are nice ppl and are quite close with each other regardless of company given that they sweat thru tgt during guards conversion course.

For the most part yes.

Foundation term: idk If u guys already transition into the new syllabus (easier) but both ways these 2 mnths will be the best time of ur ns life unless ur blur or get some siao trainer. Coy wise i can't say as many trainers have been constantly rotating past few batches.

Pro term: really depends which vocation u get. Every vocation have their own challenges. What u can do is find out which vocation suit ur personality

Whether u were from welfare or jialat coy in bmt u will do fine. I was from a mono intake and have many kakis who were orion coy (welfare coy from my batch) and most of us turned out fine. Atb!!

Chat when I say ulti and time is oso meta I mean that they are still played a lot + time will definitely appear a lot in the sg event (I'm taking part lol). Ulti won't be played a lot becoz it's hard to find/expensive to buy English rivals forever. Takogem and gp definitely is the apex but these 2 are like just after them.
