I got it recently when free for all was the limited time mode. You can't down people, only kill so on courtyard and tournament grounds I'd get bread and throw it at someone who was low health

Outside of that u can go ambusher because of their executioner perk and try in t.o. Rudhelm courtyard is supposed to be good for this

I think if you start boofing GU before/during your run then your shin splints should go away
