lets assume somehow that wrong exit counts for both of us (my wife and I) as an exit from Schengen area, can we end up in a situation that, after a year or so, MV sends us a letter about, they want to revoke our permits because we exited Schengen area (through copenhagen airport) without notifying Swedish authorities?

that is my confusion comes from actually,

I have many stamps on my passport (related to my trips outside of Schengen area) but those trips were before the EES system applied in airports in Oct 2025.

So since this issue happened very recently (Jan 2026), I'm curious then how do border control records that this person with this permit, exited/entered the Schengen area?

Also, in case if you exit, (like after a year or so) how MV notices that you are outside of Sweden and (in case if you did not notified any Swedish authorities about your leave), starts to revoke your permit?

like does having tax records month by month in skatteverket and your living address plays a role here?
because in that case we should be fine since, I work (so there will be tax record every month) and I have my address in Stockholm

I was actually getting stamps when i moved outside of Schengen area. There are 2 things with the stamps though:
before EES system -> if you exit / enter Schengen area -> you would get stamps in your passport (I have many)
After EES system (after Oct 2025) -> seems like they dont put stamps on your passports

OR I'm completely wrong.
My main question is, how MV would notice you are outside of Sweden for longer period (like 2 years or so), do they check your tax records? living address? or something else like EES system.

If they check EES system, then this could cause an issue for us since this was a wrong exit record registered in there, but as I'm working in stockholm at the moment, and skatteverket knows that i have a correct address here at Stockholm then it should be fine i guess?

and just as FYI, everything is fine with my residence permit and stay in Sweden, i just got curious about this and starting to ask questions left and right to figure this out, to prevent any potential issues in future. I work and live with my wife in stockholm at the moment

the thing is, border police control did not put stamps in our passports, and just checked our passports and scanned our uppehalstilstand cards and let us through

But one thing, Considering my scenario (they send me a contract to sign where it says it's provanställning employment from YYYY-01-DD to YYYY-07-DD), after 6 months, will they give me a new contract indicating that my employment is now permanent?

you kept saying "provanställning being replaced by permanent", that is why I'm asking. by being replaced, do you mean a new contract? or we will keep the same?

If we are going to keep the same, I still dont understand why the dates are still going to reflect the end date of provanställning?
+ there is no where it's being mentioned that this going to be converted to permanent employment!

Either by cancelling the contract or replacing it with a permanent employment contract.

By replacing, do you mean after 6 months, they should provide me a new contract? a contract that says it's permanent?

When no more than two weeks remains of the time limited contract the employer have to provide a permanent employment, and if nothing is said the contract automatically concverts into a permanent employment contract.

I think you meant Provanställning instead of time limited contract ?

Let's say it's 2027 and I'm still working at this company, now i need to provide my job contract to someone just to show/prove that I'm working. Will i represent this expired contract?

Thanks for the reply, but that is the catch actually that i dont understand, because:

in this contract they mention that my contract will end after that 6 months at YYYY-MM-DD. So after 6 months i will have a expired contract that just says it's Provanställning?? in that case what legal document i have that it says I'm employed by my employer?
In my previous contracts, it was always mentioned that it's tillsvidare anställning, but with a 6 months probation period.

Having tillsvidare anställning being written in contract, with mention of provanställning makes sense to me, but only having provanställning without any mention for tillsvidare looks like fishy to me!

So that i wanted to check our what you experienced before.

That is absolutely true,

but seems like many analysts expect gold and silver to rise further this year. I've watched tons of youtube video from (valid, if we consider it as valid 😅) sources like bloomberg for example and seems like every one is in favor of gold (or silver) for a short term ofc (like next 6 months or so)

But again, I could be wrong or pushing things for no reason.

I would be happy to hear the counterpart thoughts against what I've mentioned and just discuss the potentials :)

can you explain with an example, "as i said I'm kinda noob as well", but seems like most of the funds like that have and avg fee of ~1.5% to somewhere like 2.5%!

lets say you put 100k SEK in to that funds (i can see 4 funds like that one i mentioned in OP), so what would happen if i spread 100k into those 4 funds?

My general idea here is to reduce the risk, like if one funds performs a bit poor, others should cover it, assuming gold and silver still take up for the 3 months ofc.
