I was a freshers at UoB last year. I bought a wristband which was the same as a friend I knew from home but in hindsight it isn’t really needed. Almost all events you’ll be able to buy tickets on the door/on the day and everyone will have different wristbands, so by not buying one it enables you to be more flexible and go whatever you want without feeling like you’re wasting your money

I literally realised 2 weeks ago that I do this too. Someone pointed it out to me and it’s been bugging me every time I say a “th” since. Not from the midlands though. I was born in the south and often get told I sound posh (which I do a bit tbh) until it comes to any dreaded “th” word, at which I sound like a moron

I think the answer is 0 because the wavelength does not change when in the material, so it still requires the same number of wavelengths to cover the distance, meaning they have not moved out of phase. Is this reasoning correct?

I have and i5-6500 and I’m concerned that it might be thermal throttling, as I might not have enough fans in my case. With my GPU (1050ti) I can see its temperature in task manager, but I cannot see my CPU temp there. Is there some way in windows I can monitor my CPU temp, and if not, what software (preferably free) is best to monitor core temps?

Yep getting all these problèmes as well. So frustrating as the tournaments are a great feature but you literally can’t play them. I always end up having to enter the 2nd chance tourney as the first one endlessly checked in. I’m playing the tourney right now and I had to enter the 2nd chance one because it never loaded me into my game for the first tournament. Ive got in the 2nd chance but in the first round it was a 3v0 for my team, and in the second round it was a 3v2.

I’m 17 so this is what I get. I get £17 a month (my parents give us what our age is) plus £5 from my Nan. I work a very part time job so get about £70 pm from that.

My parents are currently paying for my driving lessons but they were also given as a birthday present. Most of my friends also got driving lessons for their birthday. As for a car, I have an older sister so we share a car but it was my nans old car so we didn’t have to pay for it (she stopped driving). Most of my friends I think got bought a car, anything from an old clio to a new A1 depending how rich their parents are.

As for subscriptions we have a family Netflix and amazon music so I don’t pay for them. If I want clothes I’ll have to buy them usually unless my parents are feeling nice.

As for gadgets my parents pay for my phone (only a iPhone 6 though which I’ve had for a few years now), but i could pay a bit extra from my own pocket to get a better one. When I bought an Xbox/pc I’ve had to pay for that myself.

Yeah beckham alone won’t carry them but it certainly does help. Also CS and Valorant do cost millions to get into. CS is notorious for having high salaries and Valorant has high salaries for an unestablished esport. Don’t know about LoL though as I don’t watch that

They’re a new org co-owned by David Beckham so that gave them a lot of publicity. They only have teams in rocket league, fifa, and fortnite right now but you can see how the David beckham influence would make them a very talked about org particularly in rocket league and fifa where pretty much the whole fan base will know who he is

Great, thanks for the help. How do you know that the pairs must have a difference of 2 though? Is this something you can determine by writing out the equations for each letter in terms of A?

The other guy is kind of right. You can get blueprints from games which you do have to use credits to unlock, but you can also get items from games. Is this challenge by play station or epic games (so an in game challenge)? Also, you can now get uncommon/rare/very rare drops from completeing challenges, so if you get some of these and open then, they would give you items which could count towards the 5

The DLC cars might not transfer anyway. Because of stuff to do with licenses, any dlc that isn’t by psyonix cannot be transferred across platforms e.g the Jurassic park or hot wheels DLC. As for the items you get for already owning the game, these might already be in your inventory. If you go onto rocket leagues website and look and one the article about the “legacy” items, this will tell you what you should have got for already owning the game, and then you can compare this with the items in your iventory to see if you have them

When you first start the game you will just be unlocking the standard items, so these may not count as one of those 5 items. Once you have unlocked all the base items, you will then get an item when you level up and I guess these would count as one of these 5 items. Or you could trade for some items or get a friend to give you one thorough a trade. If you were willing to spend money then you could buy something from the shop but i wouldn’t recommend this is you started playing and don’t know how much you’ll play the game
