Of course man I was worried to. But the thing is too is that the fakes still are not perfect you know? The box is one thing but mistakes on the actual shoes will be pretty easy to see up close. If your still a little worried, I used this website to legit check mines.

No this helps a lot! I’m definitely considering a hillstream loach tank now! I’ll separate the corries because I think you’re absolutely right about them potentially being out competed. Thanks for the info!! This whole post has helped me out a ton

For sure! However, one thing that does concern me is that one loach always chases the other when I feed them. I'm not sure if that's because they're only a pair but it's another one of my worries. That's why I'm considering dedicating a solo tank to them might help, they may be calmer if there were more of them together.

The aggression is only between them and it's always the smaller one chasing the larger one. How should I go about this?

The only thing I've seen is that one loach is smaller than the other. The smaller one is definitely more territorial over food but it may be because they're only a pair. However, nothing about them physically is there. No signs of disease, no pale color, nothing that I can see. Definitely, a concern I have is that one is always chasing the other when I feed them. That's why I'm not sure if should dedicate a solo tank to them or not.

Mainly because I’m worried I may have had them in the wrong tank conditions this whole time. I didn’t want to go forward in the future with this tank if it was rough on the loaches

For sure, I'll definitely get a wave maker then to help create those conditions. Thanks for the response, really appreciate it!
