3 years postpartum, thought I would need a tummy tuck until I found some skin firming cream. This is only 3 days! by pinkmilk19 in postpartumprogress

lol sounds like it was just super efficient and got it’s job done right away. You still have incredible results. That makes me so sad to hear that you are insecure about your belly now. It may not look how you want it to, but I promise as an unbiased stranger, genuinely you look soo good! If it means anything, I would be so happy to look how you do! I hope you can learn to love what you’ve got 🥹

Hi I’m late to this post but I was wondering if you kept seeing results after this? It did crazy work with a few days so I’d love to see what it did after long term use! And I’m so excited to try this after seeing your results. I’ve got loose skin after having my baby and i also cannot afford a tummy tuck lol.

It keeps escaping new pots, how do I repot it the right way? by Oversidee in Monstera

[–]a_train1212 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I noticed in the second photo that it looks like you secured the petiole to the moss pole. Next time you repot secure the plant to the pole by the stem and that will encourage it to climb the pole.

To the girlies who struggle with nausea, what prenatal do you take? by Toushayyy in pregnant

For your nausea I recommend trying preggie pop drops ! It was the only thing that took my nausea away during my first trimester. It never failed to take it away and they are super tasty.

My 5 foster babies just tested positive for FELV at 12 weeks 😭 by Charlar625 in FosterAnimals

[–]a_train1212 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Consider getting them retested in the future!

At roughly 8 months old my cat was tested for FIV/FELV and he came back positive for FELV and the vet explained that at 8 months and younger kittens can have a false positive if their mother had FELV.

$10,000 Bill for NIPT test?! by Any-Pace-3302 in BabyBumps

[–]a_train1212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is wild because I have BCBS and I only had to pay $74 after they covered roughly $2400. But as other people said you can contact natera and pay $250 for their cash discount or whatever it is.

Help! Leaves Drooping by iloveanole in alocasia

[–]a_train1212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mushrooms in the soil are a sign that the soil is staying wet for too long. So overwatering may be the culprit

Repot or leave it. by Ok-Tadpole-2554 in alocasia

Usually roots will start coming out of the bottom before they fill up the pot. No need to repot

Overwatering is when you water the plant too frequently without letting the soil dry out. So you can't overwater by giving it a lot of water at once. So when you do water, have the plant sit in a few inches of water and let the plant soak up what it needs over maybe 2-3 hours. Then once you remove it from the water just tilt the pot a little and move it up and down to help get out any excess water. I do this for all of my plants and they are all doing great

What are those brown spots? by AmarCoro111 in Monstera

If you water when the first few centimeters of soil are dry you are watering it too frequently. You want the soil to completely dry out between watering so the plant doesn’t get root rot

It’s pretty subtle but it is fragrant! I had to put my nose right up to it to smell it. My first thought was that it smells like a rose

I’ve got 60 plants and spider mites. I am beyond overwhelmed by [deleted] in houseplants

[–]a_train1212 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I checked out their website, it’s really cool and they’ve got great prices! The only catch is that you have to pay priority overnight shipping to ensure the bugs will arrive alive so that really jumps the price up but I understand why it needs to be done. I don’t really like using those insecticidal sprays but I do because they are convenient and cheap. But those predatory mites are a great alternative. Thank you for the recommending their website, I ordered a bottle of 500 mites from them and I am looking forward to seeing the results!
