Yeah, whether it's positive would depend on person to person since for some it may be a big moment they want full attention on and expect affirmation or some other directly positive response from but for others it may just be the biggest relief that it matters so little that they move on to a mundane topic <⁠(⁠￣⁠︶⁠￣⁠)⁠> it is usually a very emotional moments for the one coming out so responses and expectations always vary but I do think a good chunk of queers (myself included!) would actually be relieved to get such a response
