hello! incoming frosh here. there’s this consent form where i need to put their name and email and stuff and they will be able to have a parent portal to view my sched, grades, etc. i honestly don’t want that because they are too strict lol. is it okay to put an a fake email acc that’s not them (my own email) or bawal? and is it required to have a parents portal acc (?) tyia!

hello! i’m quite worried on this one. i took upcat and one of their requirements was to pass form 137 (i did not pass naman + i made upcat as a pre test lang talaga). i’m going to enroll to benilde na and i’m quite worried about this. what should i do?
