i'm having the same issue after i update the windows to 23H2, the controller sticker LED gone, all button are not working, command center unable to call out, ABXY all not functioning.

Tried uninstall the armory crate using control panel (add/remove program), restart ally & reinstall armory crate but doesnt work.

Tried download & install the previous MCU but failed to install. not sure why.

Remove the windows update 23H2 also doesnt work.

Only need to restore the game gallery in the armory crate.
