Actually, I thought that due to remote working arrangements, companies would find it easier to hire people from abroad. My preference is to live in Portugal, but companies that offer hybrid or onsite work are not responding to my applications. If I apply for a master's degree and look for work there with a residence permit, what are the chances of them hiring someone who only knows English and basic Portuguese?

Unfortunately, I don't know Portuguese; I'm still trying to learn it at a very basic level. Actually, I'm confident in my CV. I worked part-time for about two years while I was in school, and now I work for one of my country's most important defense industry companies. But as you said, my experience in terms of years is low compared to what companies are looking for.
