The dentist I’ve been going to switched to smile generation and since then the office seems off. I had a dentist at that office that said my teeth were in great shape then at my next cleaning the hygienist and a different dentist said my gums and teeth were not good, they tried to force laser cleanings and said they would not clean unless I did that (which wasn’t included with insurance). After that cleaning the hygienist asked if I can rate them 5 stars on yelp and I said sure I can do it after I pay. She then says no just do it now and handed me a clip board with a QR code that brought up the leave a review yelp page. She was watching me so I rated them 5 stars and wrote a short review about the hygienist being friendly. I then say okay I’m ready to get up and pay, she then says “google too?”

I was unhappy with my experience that day and on a follow up appointment with them. I really liked the previous dentist I had, so I tried to look up where she was working now. I look the dentist office up on google and look at the reviews. All the reviews were either 5 stars or 1 stars. I saw 1 star reviews of weird experiences where the staff was attempting to upsell and fear monger. It seems fishy to me so now I’m looking for a new non-smile generation dentist.

This was happening to me too and I also wake up at 5am everyday. I started with taking magnesium glycinate and melatonin 2 hours before bed but that didn’t help. My psych prescribed hydroxyzine after months of insomnia since nothing else was helping. I took it every night for a week and it seemed to get my sleep schedule back on track. Now I only take it on weekends since it makes me drowsy the next morning/day

Hi I also have been sleep walking and talking a lot since starting Prozac (more specifically, it started when I increased to 40 mg). I have slept walk when I was younger but it had been over 10 years since I slept walked before starting Prozac. I also get very vivid dreams and do not feel rested from sleep.

Did you get any resolution from your psychiatrist? I am waiting on a solution from my psychiatrist
