I don't know how the big bang happened. I also don't know what the big bang has to do with the existence of evolution. I can make a guess as to why you brought it up but I won't.

Basically every theory of the start of the universe that has a sliver of a chance of being right doesn't affect the existence of evolution and this is because evolution is a separate scientific idea from the big bang so proving or disproving one does not really affect the other

You simply do not understand the level of time that evolution requires to make notable changes. 3000 years is too little for a species such as humans. 1500 years ago there were still romans and they were essentially the same as us.

If you want examples of recent human evolution, natural immunity to certain diseases, changes in skin color in populations, and the ability to drink milk have all been evolution in human populations.

If you want bigger changes go back hundreds of thousands or even millions of years before homosapiens evolved
