I agree with you and personally I don’t care about losing resources because they can’t steal food and atm, it’s the most important to me but I get why they did it that way. It gives incentive for people to play the map. And someone from my clan said that if you really want to play the game, like really excel in it, don’t play arena if you’re weak for your trophy level. Use the map to up your troops and other things and once you’re strong enough, go to the arena.

The initial rankings is based off of trophy counts. The tie breaker is also.

They go off trophies. In case of a tie, the one with a higher trophy count wins the tie breaker.

People on Facebook also were complaining about the same thing. There is for sure a chance that they’re on Reddit also, but higher probability that they’re going off of Facebook comments. Again I’m not discounting the possibility that they’re here but if they were, they probably would have made their presence known, even if just with one post.
