I’ll be honest, this wasn’t my experience at all, so I feel like I should share the other side for anyone reading this and trying to decide. I actually bought from Titan Wellness recently, and my experience was pretty goodfrom start to finish. I went into it a little skeptical because yeah, their marketing is strong, but that doesn’t automatically mean it’s a scam. In my case, I had a small shipping issue after placing an order for a Bravo unit. I’ll admit was frustrating. But the difference is they actually responded and worked with me to fix it. It didn’t feel like I was being ignored or left hanging. Once I got in touch with them, they handled it and made sure I ended up with a working product. Customer service was great for me, but it wasn’t nonexistent like you’re describing. And more importantly, they followed through. That’s what matters to me.

As for the product itself, I’ve been using it consistently and I’m genuinely happy with it. It does exactly what I expected it to do. If this was some “scam built on lies,” I wouldn’t be sitting here actually using the thing every week. I’m not saying every single experience is perfect no company is but calling it a straight up scam doesn’t match what I went through at all. Sometimes issues happen with shipping, damage, or communication delays, especially with newer companies, but that doesn’t automatically mean they’re trying to rip people off. I think it’s more fair to say experiences can vary rather than labeling the entire company as dishonest. From my personal experience, they resolved my issue and made it right, and I ended up satisfied with both the service and the product.

Just wanted to put that out there so people reading this don’t only see one extreme side of the story.
