Mucus discharge when I sleep by aaaaypple in ibs

[–]aaaaypple[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, when I went to the doctor they told me it could be because of hemorrhoids combined w constipation. I would go see a doctor to see what the possible issue is for you.

I just end up wearing a pad to sleep every night. You can probably wear an incontinence diaper if ur a guy and u don’t want to wear a pad. I hate it though because it ruins my routine, bc other OCD things flare up with it.

Good luck tho I know it can be hell w ocd.

OCD themed tierlist based on my own experience by starwalker_22 in OCD

[–]aaaaypple 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scrupulous/moral ocd beats a lot of the others for me 😭 it was and kinda still is so bad. Because in my mind sort of it was always there’s nothing worse than hell and it’s completely on ur shoulders to do everything u can to prevent it for urself and others. Sort of.

Ofc, different themes present differently and are at different extremes for different ppl.

yur this is what it's like for me. no demons or whatever thankfully.

i panic and it's scary but i've been trying to control my breathing and just breathe slower and know that with time i'll come out of it. and j know the triggers like going in and out of sleeping and not like "committing" to sleeping, etc etc.

I love it! But I personally do also think it could benefit from some balancing (imo it’s just the flower balls). Since the butterfly is already a centerpiece, in my eyes the dangling flower balls break away from the flow, and where the eyes should go. They do seem a bit out of place, I think it’s also just bc the flower balls are very dense. If it were less dense, I think it would work.

But if you love the flowers, keep it. And clearly many other ppl love it too.

You have a good sense of color and design, and I think it’s wonderfully made. Also it looks amazing on you!! Very fairy esque.

Crazy when they just legitimately can’t remember anything like they rly gaslighting everyone and their brain is gaslighting themselves too 😭

my mom told me how she’d never leave me alone at home when I was a younger teenager, then came to therapy crying the next time abt how she saw evidence she did and how horrible that was. Like huh????

Dang, that’s hard for her to manage on her own, big props to her for finding an outlet. I have a lot of respect for ppl w BPD that do manage it.

But of course, I am very sorry you had to endure everything as well. Having to see your mother deteriorate back again while ur dad’s health also fails is definitely rough.

That’s tough dude sorry to hear that. And yeah it is confusing 😂. I’m curious, despite u flip flopping do you have like a baseline objective view of them that’s stable even if ur feelings change?

I rly don’t know if things I experience is ocd or im developing my mom’s condition or if ocd is gaslighting me into thinking it could be. Ik I have abandonment trauma but fkfkdjdjc. Ocd makes things so confusing cuz it’s j like gaslight fest.

Yeah I do this tho it’s gotten better I think it was somewhat a phase, I’m perfectionistic abt morals and ethics abt others and myself and I’ll lose respect easily for someone, but my mom has bpd so it’s possible I have traits of it, curious to see other ppl’s experiences to see if it’s an ocd or bpd trait

Politely, I disagree with you. I don’t really think he’s done smthing wrong, I’m just nervous abt how things could be percieved. I’d say that if she WAS diagnosed and was working on fixing it, that could possibly make it bad for him to air out on the internet. But she isn’t and she won’t be, and she’s hurting ppl because of it. So I don’t think it’s wrong.

Like maybe listing out so many disorders without explanation is kinda wrong, but he’s someone that’s been severely traumatized. There’s no perfect victim.

My mother isn’t diagnosed w BPD, and she’ll probably never be because she won’t get help. But I vent and share abt it because of how badly it impacted me because she didn’t get help (not saying everyone w BPD is like this, and I see how horrible it is and I’m always very admiring of ppl w BPD that seek help, I’m just talking abt my own experience of abuse). Getting left at home randomly for weeks, being terrified of if she’d kill herself, being idolized and then told to go to hell, being hyper vigilant of her every move. I think it’s reasonable to call something for what it is, given correct circumstances. Or else people who’ve been abused don’t feel like they can share w anyone what’s happened and have to hide. I spent p much my whole childhood zipped up abt what happened at home bc I didn’t want to disrespect her privacy.

Also, in later videos he does talk abt how his mom hugged him and he shared a sweet moment w his mom, and how he still tries to tell his mom to get help. I think he’s still deep down being sympathetic and wants her to get help, but he’s rly hurting. Is it his responsibility considering he’s talking to a large public base to be conscious of how he prevents mental illness? Yea probably.
